  • 57 Golden Hawk with Air Conditioning and PS vs R2 GT's with Air

I saw these pictures on the web of a 1957 Golden Hawk with Air Conditioning and Power Steering. Looks factory. "Ton O Belts"
I was wondering if there are any know R2 GT Hawks with factory air conditioning?

    Thanks

Air conditioning was not available on R2 G.T. Hawks from the factory, but some have later added it with the modern smaller compressors with good results.

The Car pictured is a Owner add-on A/C and Alternator Install. The Factory 1958 GH's and Packard Hawks had the Delco Generator on the LEFT side with the Power Steering pump on back of it, and the A/C on the Right.

WHY, would anyone modify a Stude. to put the Power Steering Pump on the RIGHT with the Steering Gear on the Left?
          A RH Control Car maybe?

The tag reads backwards. Does that mean that the picture is reversed and the ps pump is really on the left? That was my first thought.
