Are some of the 51 and 52 turn signals different. My 51 has the two wheels that move inside.

It looks like the ones from my 1950 Champions, factory type that uses the lug on the steering shaft. The housing pictured mounts to the steering column and those levers are activated by the lug.

My 51 has the small (1 1/2") column. The turn signal switch i got for it has the two wheels. It is also a 3 wire switch (power in, left and right out). The stop light does not go through it.

This is a 52. The paint color and shape/material of the arm identify it. 52 Champion and Commander are the same, except for the custom models. It should work electrically on a 51.

That is most likely from a 50 or a 49 or earlier.

The one with the wheels sounds like the one that came with my 2R pickup. It has a 1950 (or earlier) car steering column. It has no provision for working with the stoplights.
