      I never have heard of or seen any for JUST over the Vent Windows, but aftermarket rain/wind visors for over the complete windows; roll-up AND Vent Windows do show up now and then on eBay and LOTS of them "for Studebakers" that do NOT fit.

              Yep, they were called "vent visors" or "vent shades" in the JC Whitney catalog when I bought them for my '73 Ford in 1985 and '54 Chevy in 1989.
