In the Aug. Issue of "Turning Wheels" Pg. 45, the "What's Happening Column" shows it is at Coco's 1250 E. Imperial Hwy. I believe in Brea at 4:30 2nd. Sat.
The contact person is: Jim Gillen, it shows his Phone and email, I will not post it here.
If you are a New Member without your 1st. Turning Wheels, PM me for the contact info if you need it.
Looks like you never read your answer on your other String over here:

Rich,
Jim Gillen is not the chapter president, Bud Gruver is. His email address is cwgruverconst@att.net.
Again, this points to a situation that all chapters need to make sure information is correct both in Turning Wheels and on the forum. I have not received my 2018 Roster as of this date. Local Chapters are an extremely vital link in our club to promote camaraderie, great technical information, and friendly support for our Studebakers and SDC.
I would strongly recommend that each chapter should appoint someone the task of keeping information current on their website, Turning Wheels and the Forum.

I understand that.
Bud Gruver is shown as the Pres. and Jim Gillen as the "Contact" person with Pres. Gruver as the backup contact, it does not matter who is Pres. if it is INFO one needs.
I have known Bud for years since I am a Former Member of that Chapter, but he may have any number of reasons why he does not want to be the #1 "Contact" person.
The obvious one is, he may not be sitting by the phone a lot, he has always been a pretty busy Guy.Last edited by StudeRich; 08-03-2018, 04:00 PM.StudeRich

Michael,
I called and talked to Jim Gillen today. The meeting will take place the second Saturday, August 11, at Coco's 1250 E Imperial Highway at 4:30pm. Jim also let me know that the point of contact for the chapter is Don Cox.
Have a great time meeting everyone. I know that if you are this excited about going to the meeting, you are going to be a wonderful asset to the chapter and to SDC as well!
