1941 Lebanon PA Dlr

I have a 1941 M-5 (serial #M-5 281) that was delivered to Lebanon Pa, after 12/04/1940.
I believe the dealer at that time was Welland Motors. The truck was not registered until 1946, and would like to track to the original buyer. Thanks Ed Falling Waters WV

Ed. if you correspond with the PA DMV in Harrisburg and provide them the VIN they should be able to tell you the original owner. I would do it in writing. They do have a website on the PA State site.
