            It looks like they charge sales tax to all orders.
            I didn't think sales tax was charged on out of state orders.

              I would have bought several items from the museum today but they are charging sales tax for out of state buyers and the shipping charges are quite high.

                Ordered a sweatshirt today.. $32 shipped including a $0.94 donation to the museum is well worth it in my opinion.

                It's going to make a great Christmas gift!

                  It is my understanding that unfortunately, it is now and has been Federal LAW quite a while, that if you advertise in a out of your State or National Publication and sell Nationwide you must charge Local Sales Tax.

                  Then there is eBay with World Wide coverage, where you are "Supposed" to charge residents of your State the Local Tax, but not others.
                  Not confusing at all!

                  I am not sure how a few Auto Parts Stores with Websites do not charge out of State buyers though.
