Yesterday while reading an old TW I came across something I didn't know and it was very interesting since I now own a 1990 4 door Avanti. It was about a 1991 Avanti Convertible and the fact that 6 were built. Were these left over 89's? and titled 91? if so were there any changes to these 6? is there any club members that still own one? is any for sale?

91's were different / more aggressive styling / fuel injection too

A 1991 is a different and wider body than a 1989. It is better looking in my opinion. For one thing, it no longer has the large "shelf" above the front bumper.

My information indicates that 17 1991s were built. The one in this thread item number 2 is the tenth one.

It is an Avanti model that I would like to own. There was one at an SDC convention in South Bend a number of years ago.
