    Yes, it was a legitimate accessory for 1936-38 Studebakers, part #AC370, original cost $10. I have a few. I did not see a price listed on his ad. Must be ashamed of it?

          Seems like in the last week or so there was a CE that got rear-ended and broke his Wig Wag and he was looking for a replacement.
