I don't quite agree with that - 47 Commanders and all 48's /49's had the spread wings emblem and the 47 Champion had a over sized S on an emblem - see attached photos

Maybe my emblem is for a pedal car

It fits all 47-49 cars except '47 Champion.

I have what I believe is a Hood Emblem - Which year and model does it belong to? pre-war model?
