I and Studebaker call them "Pins and Bushings", only Chuck Collins calls them Trunions, all the same.

14x7 Not sure what your referring to by pins but if only the bushings are bad that is all you need to replace. The uppers you can replace with K-5196 gm's but the lower you will have to use studebaker.

Are the pins called a trunion? Why ? Do the pins need to be replaced , if the control arm bushings are shot.

The bushing tool is the way to go..
Place the A-frames in a vice and destroy the old bushing rubber with a drill bit, punch the old shells out, clean the frames up and use the tool to install new bushings.Last edited by 64V-K7; 09-07-2017, 09:35 PM.

Please go to your SECOND Post before anyone does and use the Delete String/Post in the "Go Advanced" Mode to Delete it.
I will answer this first one. Most people use basic Tools for the INNER "A" Bushings instead of the "Factory J Tools" that cannot be found.
A Hydraulic Press, a BFH, an Air Powered chisel hammer, a Torch etc. etc.
