No - No two tone Hawk models for 1963.

It would have been a lot better if they could have found the correct '64 Moulding and covered the correct half though!

In '64, Black or White Vinyl FRONT Roof halfs were available.

63 R2 Hawk

I purchased a 63 R2 with 4 speed trans back in the early 70s with 40k miles for $500.00 Drove it into the ground after 15 years It was very fast a gto was no match

Vinyl tops should be renamed "rust magnets".

That was true of GM, Ford and Chrysler Products, but NOT Studebakers!
You would have to have a serious salt air or road salted Stude. or some other reason for extreme moisture to rust out a Roof under a Stude. Vinyl Top.
They were the BEST installed of ANY I have seen, no air bubbles under them and well glued with a high quality product, many '65 Sports Sedans have surviving Vinyl Tops AND their Roofs even TODAY, you don't see THAT on a brand "X" after 52 Years.
