If that center to center measurement across those Lower bolts matches your 3 Speed Clutch Housing, it's the Ford pattern, not the Chev. with the weird '61 Housing needed.
It appears to be the later Ford Case T-10 and will fit, but just measure it.StudeRich

This is a mid 62 through 64 T-10. It will fit the standard late Studebaker V8 bell housing. Make sure you polish the input before using it. 61 and early 62 transmissions used a GM main case needing a unique GM pattern bell housing. I think all of those transmissions were close ratio. 61 was for sure. When the change to a Ford case happened, a wide ratio was also offered. The close ratio has a 2.20 1st gear and the wide ratio has a 2.52 1st.james r pepper

Is there any way I can tell if this is close or wide ratio?
Also, Im not sure what kind of shifter is on this thing. There are no obvious markings on it. The previous owner said it came out of a corvette.
Thanks again for the information!

It is indeed a T-10 from a 1963 Hawk. It's a wide ratio transmission with a 2.54 first gear. Look at the splines on the input shaft, see the groove (or ring) in the shaft, that single groove tells you it's a 2.54 first gear wide ratio trans.
