  • 50 Champion Spare Tire Well

Anyone tried the fiberglass reproduction from Classic Enterprises? I am curious about how well it fits and how well it is made. I have used a lot of their metal patch panels and they all needed quite a bit of massaging to fit. Since I can't massage a fiberglass part, I wanted to find about fit before I bought one.

    Thanks

having had 3 Corvettes and the Avanti, fiberglass can be "massaged" with fiber and the hardener.

i'd want to gently place the spare in it. if it's bounced in, it may crack.

The fiberglass tire well from CE is substantive. I highly doubt it will crack.
