  • 1941 Clocks and Bumper Guards - FeeBay

WOW! Clocks and bumper guards abound for 1941 on eBay! Unreal how much the clocks are going for (one has bids) these days. Also looks like some nice bumper guards. Would be interested in knowing what the reserve price is....

I don't know about automobile clocks. The Clock#2 listing says it is a 6 volt clock but it will run on 12 volts without modification. I learned something new today!

For the record those bumper guards were never offered on any M Series truck. The M series used the 1940 Commander/President bumper as shown below. The Ebay guards may be correct for either a '40 or '41 Champion but there is no way to be sure until you fit them to the bumper (the guards look identical outwardly for both years but since the bumpers are different the inside cut is also different). Buyer beware.

That is a very good point. Now that you mention it, I remember asking you about the bumper guards from a 1940 to a 1941 before. Does the 1941 Champion Bumper have the same profile as an M5 bumper?

No it does not. As mentioned in my post #3 the M5 used the 1940 Commander/President bumper.
