  • 1937 Studebaker

I have an old 1937 Studebaker Dictator and I'm trying to get the brakes working. I had someone come out - not mentioning any names yet because I'm really angry that he never returned my parts - I am in need of a right rear brake drum. If I could find one I could move the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Where are you in California? There's a guy in Lake Elsinore who has a 40 which he parting out. I've left a msg for him. Are the 40s the same as 37s?

I'm not sure. I live in Monrovia. Not that far from Elsinore. I went to a Studebaker parts place in Long Beach and he gave me one but it didn't quite fit. It would be worth a try.

I just checked with someone and he said it has to be a 37 or possibly a 36. Thanks for the help tho.
