              The A/C compressor mount is there, but the shroud looks like a non-A/C car. It also has a WCFB carb..
              Also the engine has a partial flow filter.. not even a 63 or 64 engine

                You are correct, the mount is there. I couldn't tell with hoses running over it untill I expanded the pic. The shroud looks like it has a weld running around it?
