  • Congrats, jbwhttail and Guido

Way to go guys on getting your Studes on the cover of the January, '08 TW. [^] Both of those Studes are beautiful! [8D]

My only complaint is that Joe probably couldn't have said less about 'Ellenore', the '56J. Come on Joe, you know that the car deserves more than that! [)]

Cute, Leonard...but as generic as it seems, that restaurant background looks exactly like Beardsley's in Edmore MI, where we eat while participating in The Pure Stock Drags! I saw that and thought, "Gee, I don't remember Gary ever having been there with us!" (unfortunately, I might add...) BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

        Ayn Rand:
"You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality."

        G. K. Chesterton: This triangle of truisms, of father, mother, and child, cannot be destroyed; it can only destroy those civilizations which disregard it.

Didn't mean to hijack Matthew's thread, but that was Michie Tavern in Charlottesville, right next to Monticello. It was a very rainy day in April. Only one of our members brought their Stude.

Back to the subject...CONGRATULATIONS Joe & Gary!
