That number is for 1963 Larks, specifically: http://www.wonderbarman.com/codes.html

But, the radio itself will be correct for 1963-'65 Lark/Lark types, and '63 & '64 GT Hawks, and Avantis. But you need the proper install hardware and trim panel to work in these.
