2021 SDC International Meet update

Meet planning is escalating by the day, we are currently getting hotel contracts signed, speakers procured as well as all of our advertising organized. We are getting requests daily for meet hotel information, we know people are anxious to make reservations and we asking for just a little patience. The host hotel has been signed to a contract, four more hotel contracts are pending and should be signed this week. I can share that one hotel will be pet friendly, two hotels are currently under complete renovations and all are within walking distance of each other. The hotel rates are fantastic, current contracted daily rates are $75.00 - $129.00. Once we have a signed contracts by SDC and approval to post contacts and links we will post them here and in Turning Wheels.

Covid 19 has been a challenge to navigate contracts for our meet again we appreciate your patience....

You posted that hotels are within walking distance from each other... but how far from the Fairgrounds? Looking at Google Maps, there don't appear to be any close. Whatever... GOOD LUCK FOR A FANTASTIC MEET! I will try to be there.

The hotels are a short 10 minute drive from the fairgrounds, no interstate driving required. We will have them posted in December Turning Wheels and posted on the web site on the same day. We have contracted some great rates! Don’t delay booking.

The hotels are filling fast! As of this morning the host hotel had less than 20 rooms left. The campgrounds phone number is an error(not caught be me)and is 317 353 2444. Reservations taken Monday thru Friday 9-5. Some members may have tried contacting the Baymont Inn in the past few weeks, their number was down over the past couple months with a contract dispute (also during a complete renovation) it now functions, and this is a great price,78.00 per night .
