Why does the "Top Active Users" list vary between eight and ten when there are in the neighborhood of 75 - 100 active users on line at the time? To me, it would make sense to either stick to one number, like ten, or have a minimum number of posts, like 100, to be on the list.

studegary , the list box is a static size. The usernames of the members online at any given time are dynamic, i.e., they vary in length, as does their post count. So when the list box is full, no more users are listed. The number listed varies because of the varying length of the content. Make sense?

It seems strange, but your answer makes perfect sense. Perhaps I am the only one that notices these things.
