What's involved in registering? I'd love to go, but I'm debating over just visitng & looking vs. bringing/showing my Stude. Is there web site that provides the process? Thanks.

Wow - The website says they are already sold out for applications (to enter a car) and only the waiting list is available... Maybe I'll just go look, and leave the car at home.

Take the money you save and take the wife or girlfriend to a nice resort. I was at HAN in 2006 and even the cheap chain motels wanted $250 a night! Jeez, what a rip off. The Reno visitors bureau should be ashamed of themselves.

I stayed at a somewaht faded 1960s place rooms came without AC. Luckily the boss was paying.
Since I was working the whole time I didn't see much...except a nice Cord 810 sedan in the motel parking lot with Utah plates.

Reno is one of those towns, that ups the hotel/motel rates
anytime there is a special engagement going on, it's in the
fine print....with the blessing of the visitor bureau. Just
try and catch the air races in September....same thing.
