  • 37 coupe colour

Can any forum members tell me if this is an original colour for a 37 coupe?
It really suits the lines of the car.

My 1938 Studebaker paint booklet lists a Saratoga Green which may have carried through from 1937? Whether that '37 vehicle colour is original may take the input from Dick Quinn.

I'm generally not much of a fan of green but that looks nice.

That is Jerry Kurtz's '37 President coupe. The color is closest to Miami Green. See color chip below.

The color is Miami Green Metallic. Niagara Mist, which as I understand doesn't have Metallic in the mix, was replaced mid year. Mixture was scaned off a very good color chip. If you would like the PPG mixture I might have it or could get it from the paint store.

There is a car on Craig's List that looks very similar (4-door) to the subject car. Same colour too (what remains anyway)!
