Congrats, Doug. Looking forward to the pix. What's the serial number ; how close to the end of production is it?
Nice to have that A/C. My '55 is black but a flathead six and also six volt positive ground - so an ice cube tray and a fan is all I get if I want to keep things simple.
'66s are nice cars. You'll have lots of fun.

60 Lark Vlll, hardtop, black/red, Power Kit, 3 spd. - "Juliette"
    61 Champ Deluxe, 6, black/red, o/d, long box. - "Jeri"
    Junior Wagon - "Junior"

    Ride me in a Studebaker"

Your Studebaker would have been probably produced sometime in the first week of February, 1966. My '66 Commander was built Feb. 14th, and the serial number is C133783. Is yours a 194? or a 230? What color is it?

Was it this color? If so, it is one of the four 1966 'spring colors'.
