Need door stop with the leather or rubber on the inside of the end for 39 CE.

Hi we are nearing completion with the running and driving aspects of the CE. On one door we have the little braket the door stop bolts to and on the other side we have the door stop with its impressive rubber or leather stacked pad but no bracket. We can fab the bracket, does anybody have a door stop they can sell me please?

I also need some side trim clips. I'm gonna look at Studebaker international for those unless someone points me elsewhere.
