Even the bezel for the blank hole filler when the tach/clock wasn't ordered will work, won't it?

If you haven't already, wouldn't do any harm to contact "plainjane038" ...a seller on eBay? He was selling what you're looking for a while back.

Here is one of his current eBay "Bezel" offerings, but of course not the design you are looking for now: http://www.ebay.com/itm/190705147300?rmvSB=true

The Tach is Stewart Warner, about 3 3/8 inches or so.

...3 3/8 inches is the diameter of the mounting hole for the Tach, not the bezel I.D. The outside diameter (O.D.) of the bezel is 3 13/16 inches as per Studebaker Engineering drawing 1539881.

How about the fellow in Texas who was in the process of collecting a bunch of Hawks that were in a junk yard that had been flooded a while back?
                        Was that texasrebel?

The website for Barry in Houston is studebakersite.com. I think his handle here is texasrebel. He certainly has lots of hawk parts.

Barry would be TX Rebel here on the SDC forum.
