I had a '66 Dart with wheel covers that had the same pattern of black rectangles around the outer edge. My 63 Hawk has this also. I suspect that there was a common supplier to all of these carmakers; just change out what goes in the middle.Jim K.

I'm thinking it's a Checker but they were based on the Studebaker cover

Didn't some IHC Scouts and pickups recycle hubcaps from '64-6 Larks?1963 Champ "Stu Bludebaker"- sometimes driver
1957 Silver Hawk "Josie"- picking up the pieces after an unreliable body man let it rot for 11 years from an almost driver to a basket case
1951 Land Cruiser "Bunnie Ketcher" only 47M miles!
1951 Commander Starlight "Dale"- basket case
1947 Champion "Sally"- basket case
1941 Commander Land Cruiser "Ursula"- basket case

I have seen that ad. but didn't deem it worth posting. I think that it is a 1961 Lark wheelcover. There also appears to be a Packard hub cap to the lower left.
EDIT: Seeing your thumbnail photo of it, it does not appear to be Studebaker, but rather some other type made from the same Lyons base part.Gary L.
