33 Rockne Hand Crank Hole in Grille

Gentlemen,
on a 33 Rockne, is there just a hole in the Grill for Hand Crank
or is there a cover over it?
if yes, how does it look and where to get.
The crank handle is missing too....

Mine had the cover intact when I bought it 26 years ago. It is a stainless cover over stamped steel. Shrock Brothers used mine to make a mold for reproductions. They came out very nice in polished cast aluminum.
