Geez...Ellenboro is less than fifty miles from me. I've lived in this region for most of my 71 years. I've seen a lot of donkeys. Never have seen "ONE" worth $3,500, and certainly not two. Might be worth the drive just to take a look.

A quick search of craigslist reveals many folks trying to unload donkeys. Most for under two hundred bucks, and some for free.

On second thought, I don't think I'll go look. Might be too dangerous. Anybody crazy enough to think someone would trade, a nice Studebaker, for a couple of donkeys:lol:...should only be approached, if you are armed.:QQ:;)

Jack White (bamajak) lives in Charlotte and will probably be all over this.

Wait, Linda already has one donkey to deal with, she may not want any more! :woot:

They make excellent watchdogs for cattle (will chase down and kill Coyote).

I checked out the donkey's and while they were very fine asses I declined the deal..................

You bet!

Donkeys in actuality are noble animals revered by farmers and ranchers exactly for that trait...
