Studebaker B of D Meeting Minutes, Aug 63 to Jan 64, to be published.

Several days ago I posted an old thread from 10-18-2011, see "The Lamberti Papers, July 1 1963".
In it was mentioned the last 6 mos papers from the Studebaker Board of Directors meetings
and their location in the Studebaker National Museum. Second floor, row N-7, 6th shelf up, to the far north end.
Has any progress been made to have those B of D meeting papers published ?

The old thread brought up several reasons why they possibly could not be published, were any of them valid ?
Are there reasons for them not being published ?
