Please get word to the driver of the truck riding around with his antenna up with the flags attached to it that what he's doing there is extremely dangerous. When I was in the Army there were several instances of soldiers being killed when they didn't tie their antennas down before going out onto the highway. The antennas hit overhead high voltage lines and you can guess what happened to the drivers next.
