  • Memphis Tn Cast iron going to scrapper

Anyone in the Memphis Tn area want Stude V8 cast iron?

  • #2
If it's 232 or 259 blocks, possibly not. If it's 289 blocks with crankshafts extant, or Detroit Gear automatics or T86 overdrive trans, perhaps. What do you classify as "Stude V8 cast iron"?

259 block is the same as a 289 block. The differences are
      -crank
      -pistons
      -serial number (except for 55)

      The rest is the same.

Not talking about R-series super motors, just plain Jane 259 and 289 engines.
