Had the AC-2799 reproduced some years ago. $30,000 project. Just sold the last of the 512 caps today! Wonder if the South Bend seller had genuine NOS or my reproductions? Believe the reproductions would be superior in some cases to the NOS since most NOS caps have some shelf wear after close to 60 years.

Made available mid model year 1956. Correct for 1956-57 and '58s with the 15" wheels. Sold them all to Studebaker owners! Did wholesale a bunch to Ed Reynolds at Studebaker International.Richard Quinn
