  • Replacing '50 Champion Split Windshield Center Trim - How Tight To Screw?

I just pulled the center trim that was rotted and rusted on the 50 Champion I got. Now I am placing the new piece in. How tight do I want to screw those two pieces together? I didn't want to pull out the embed stud/anchors, but I also don't want it too loose.

    Thanks,

I'm surprised your clips are still viable. I would recommend about 7 inch/pounds; just about what you would torque your house wall switch and outlet plate cover screws.
