Back from Omaha !

    Back from Omaha !

    Well we made it back home tonight . We travelled over 3000 miles in the Champ without any problem at all . Even didn't have to add any oil to it ! While in Omaha I even took 4 runs down the drag strip ...didn't do too bad either I thought

            Well, I am taking the leisuely route back. Stayed to do some family stuff on Saturday and Sunday. Tomorrow I'll visit the Studebaker musuem in South Bend then turn right and head south.

            Frank, I want to say that although I did not race, I enjoyed the drags a lot. The trip with Dave Lester around the road course was really fun! Thanks for making the arrangements for us to use the strip for the afternoon.

                  Have fun at the museum....we did that on Sunday ...also found an old Studebaker sign for sale in the SB area !...was a great weekend and a great International...one of my favorites for sure
