Do the '56 Hawks use regular old "J" bolts on the battery hold downs, or are they a special bolt?

A "Special" Bolt was used with a Joggle to fit properly.
All it takes to find out, is to check the Electrical Section of the S.I. Catalog Pg. 223, for a picture and Part Number 1314745.
Most aftermarket "J" Bolts have a flattened lower anchor end, all models of Studebaker Hold Down Bolts have round ends.StudeRich
