Found this '64 GT Hawk on eBay this morning, for sale by a dealer in Texas. Looks very good, even the chassis... at least from the pictures.

I'd say $34,500 is pretty optimistic.

Nice car, but as mentioned price is extremely optimistic. Looks just like my 63 I had in 66--would be interested--if a little more realistic on value.

Another one that can not get the model name correct, even though it is spelled out on the doors.

64V-19743 originally was built as follows: Astra White/Red Vinyl, 4-speed, AC, power steering, disc brakes, tachometer, white walls, tinted glass all around, Climatizer, AM-FM radio, wet air cleaner, seat belts, undercoating. Destination was Enid, OK, built on 12-18-63, and SOLD RUSH on the PO. Interesting car built two days from the end of South Bend production.

As close to the end as it was, many GT Hawks were built after this one. For example, in a quick check, I found that at least seven more were made before the serial number count got up to 64V-19800. The last serial number of regular production was 20202.

Is that air cleaner correct?

No, it is not. It is sort of "necessary" with the incorrect Edelbrock carb. that it is sitting on (different size opening).
