Partial flow filter means it's not a 64 engine.

looks to be mix and match, with early intake manifold but 2 hole valve covers, not to many 259 engines worth $2500.00 I have a complete rebuilt 60's 259 here in the shop and it has been balanced when done $2000.00 came and get it.

A popular swap back in the day since the Jeep 3 speed transmission bolts up to the Stude bell housing.

I wouldn't mind owning it. Looks like a bit of fun could be had. But not $2.5k worth plus a long haul.

To follow up on JDP's comment, I believe back in the day you could order the needed parts for a swap like this directly from J.C. Whitney. I know where there is Willys Wagon that I have often thought would be cool with a Studebaker V-8 under its hood. Another thing on my bucket list......

I know the Willys you speak of, and yes, it would be cool!

I love them old willys .. With a Studebaker V8 that would be fun .. If it were close I would certainly go and have a look and make an offer ..
Great truck for around an acreage..
