Sky Hawk Distributor(s)

Were there two different distributors used in the Sky Hawks, and if so, will the Pertronix units that are available fit both? I get some really confusing information on which distributor is which. Some I see listed are Delco, and some are Autolite...

The '55-'58 Studebaker Chassis Parts Catalog only lists the one correct Delco Non-Window Distributor for '56 President 289's.

Our Pertronixs supplier Phil Harris at Fairborn Studebaker always knows the correct Pertronix unit to sell you, other Sites and Co's definitely do NOT!

Probably.
Since there is only One Delco V8 Distributor with the "pop up spring contact" sticking up on top of the Rotor, I know them by the look, not the Number, but I do know they all have 1110 as the prefix to the Delco Model Number.
