The recent discussion of Golden Hawk 400 as well as special order leather interiors for Hawks has made me wonder whether there is documentation of special order interiors for '56-'58 Presidents and '57-'58 non-Hawk Packards? We know there were highly options Presidents and Packards built but did any customer insist on special interiors such as leather, non-standard cloth, perhaps broadcloth, or non-standard color combinations? Given S-P was desperate for every sale, custom orders at premium prices seem like a distinct possibility.
