  • Careful on this Champ!

Looks restorable- but be aware, this WILL likely have cowl damage! When the door was hit, the A-pillar was pulled inward; that's why the windshield broke like that.

Still fixable- just a heads up on a little extra work.

I suspect it would be this one on e-Bay.

How much trouble would it be to replace that door and windshield, or put in new floor pans, as in availability of either? The ad didn't say if the floor pans were rusted through or if they just had surface rust, and there wasn't a pic showing the entire floor, just a shot of the floor by the seat. Overall, the interior is in pretty decent shape and it looks like there's only surface body rust. Might still be worth keeping an eye on.

I have looked this truck over in person and saying it is rough is being nice. What isn't bent is rusted, it is alot of money for a parts truck. Also this the second time around on E-bay. The guy wanted $1500.00 when I called him about it and I took it as a blessing I didn't have the money at the time. The floors and the front fenders have rust thru to the ground. Just thought I would share with the forum.

Randy, How did the 259 sound and did you drive it? I thought about bidding on it basically for the drivetrain and to use a a farm truck until I need the motor and trans.
