  • What is this?

Found this while cleaning up the remnants of the front seat on my 50 champ parts car, and am puzzled to what or where it went. I can't see anything missing on the dash, so is it even a Studie part? It has the part # 5298 on the back of it, but can't seem to find anything about it.Sorry for the poor picture quality.lol

Hard to tell how big it is from the picture. What is on the other side?

Other side has a nipple like stud on the top side, along with a couple die stamps, and it is about the size of a 50 cent piece. I'll see if I can get a pic of the backside later.

It looks like a cigar lighter delete cap.

Looks like the head of a 28-31 Model A Choke rod/ adjustment screw.

Looks to me like the flipper cover for your door lock.

Measurements given make it too big for Model A choke rod (That was my first guess as well).

My first thought was a cover for an unused hole, but a half dollar would be bigger than any I can think of. Also the caps don't have a stud on the back.
