Sweet, Bob. Is part of the show inside and part of it outside? BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

Some impressive work there. Would love to see that '54 at a SDC meet.

There are five or six large buildings filled with cars and displays of product. Between the buildings are additional displays and one can drive their car out for the day and display it as well.

              Cool, Bob; thanks.

I don't see any signage in, on, or around the silver K-body Studebaker in your last photo. Would that indicate it is simply a spectator who has driven his car to the show and parked it there as a non-entrant?

              Just curious. BP

                Bob,
You are correct, just a spectator, among many that attend the shoe during the three days that it takes place.

Bob P., my pal called me from the show today and said "John, you gotta' come to this next year, it is as wild as being a pimply-faced 13 year old and finding your 1st Playboy book !" Just guessing it must be pretty good, ha !

The last car, the silver/green-green one, actually does get driven on the street. I've seen it several times at a couple of different "Wednesday/Thursday" night gatherings.
Always drives in and drives out.

I'd love a chance to look at that first 54 conv. up close. Appears to be shortened two seater.

Some VERY nice Studebakers, but you guys missed the display of 8 "daily driven" Studebakers (along with a bunch of other "orphans") near the Suede Palace!
Howard - Los Angeles chapter SDC
'53 Commander Starliner (Finally running and driving, but still in process)
'56 Golden Hawk (3 speed/overdrive, Power steering - Running, but not yet driving)
'58 Packard Hawk. A partially restored car that was not completely assembled.

I'm really glad you pointed that out. This entire thread didn't make any sense and was completely unreadable before you clarified that for me.

                            .... Lighten up, guys. Sheesh.

I hate it when a nit picker does not pick all the nits, show should be capitalized as well.
