Got this DVD as a stocking stuffer. A so-so comedy with a bumbling detective on suspension who ends up helping a despised DA get his stolen '56 G. Hawk back. Not surprisingly, the actual car was a '57 Silver Hawk C body with some '58 parts. Looked pretty nice though, red with white fins. Special features after the movie showed how they bought a rough parts car to refurb as a duplicate for the crash scene!
