How do you remove the chrome bullet from the front of a 1950 Commander?

I have a '51. If they are the same, you need to remove one of the grills and unscrew the nuts from the studs in the back; should be four of them. The studs themselves might come out rather than the nuts but that's okay. It may be advisable to spray on some PB Blaster or Kroil first and let it do its thing.Brad Johnson,
