This one appears to be a Champ pickup with Lark rear quarters attached, rather than a Lark converted into a pickup.

Right. I'm curious if that is a 2 door wagon rear bed attached. It's certainly more attractive than the large bed Dodge pickup bed.

I don't know. It's tough for me to tell from the photo, but it almost looks like a sedan hollowed out. I can't easily tell without seeing the back. One of the Lark Utes running around has the back end of a sedan as a bed.
