Anyone near this California '59 Lark? Pretty Coral car for $3K on Modesto CL

I seem to recall that FRED FOX the prolific writer of Studebaker

articles for the SDC magazine , 'Turning Wheels' lives close by to

Modesto California . The car looks 'nice' to me but I guess that

the fact that it is a four door will limit potential buyers . But it

looks to be worth the asking price . C'mon four door lovers !!!

Yes, Fred Fox does live near Modesto. Although I don't think he is known to go out looking at Studes for people, especially non-original ones. Nothing personal, just sayin'.

On a personal note, that car is three blocks from the first house I lived in when I was born (four years after that car was made). I think they have dropped the price on the car since I first saw it listed a month or two ago.

The exterior is quite nice looking, it is too bad that neat '59 Regal Dash is not shown or the condition of the interior seats and door panels. From hundreds of miles away, two poor Pics does not work.
