Hub Cap Colors

How can I get the color of the grey or silver part of a 1963 Avanti Hub cap?

Jimmy, there's a fella who makes vinyl applique kits for Studebaker hub caps. I don't know if he does Avanti style but THAT would be the way to go. I've seen these on other type Stude wheelcovers and they're really great. Won't wash off or fade either.
