  • Omaha car count

Hi everyone, just got home from a long days work at the concours.
Last Friday we had 258 vehicles registered, as of 5PM tonight it had shot up to 308, since I only have 280 spaces what to do,start stacking them, no, we will find a place for everyone. we will put them in the aisles if we have to, great meet, great day, wish you all could be here. Great bunch of trucks too. Hope more pictures will show up here for you all to see.

Not to brag on a fellow member but I will. Frank has been working sunup to sundown and beyond to make sure our Concours is "working" smoothly and he's doing a terrific job. The cars that have showed up so far as incredible. The vendors have a wide wide WIDE array of parts and accessories and there are more Studebaker "wearables" than I have ever seen in one place. Add all that with the true quality of our Studebaker people and all I can say is we are truly in Studebaker heaven here in Omaha.

As of tuesday PM we had a count of 320, will get a final count tomorrow. This could turn out to be the largest meet held other then the ones at South Bend.Dry weather for Thursday but chilly ,52 for a high.Vehicles were still rolling in close to7Pm Wednesday.

41 Frank wanted me to report the final tally on registered cars....

                348 [:0]

That's got to be some kind of non-South Bend International meet record [8D]

351 is a nice turn out, but weren't there something like 1000 Studebakers at Gettysburg? There have been other large non-SB meets.
