Love Rowe - he really understands what is needed in education as not everyone is going to go on to study at 13+ institutions.

After working at a career and technical school for seven years, it is amazing what perceptions people have of students who attended. Majority of these students are motivated and enthusiastic about what they are wanting to do with their professional careers once high school was over. Unfortunately for many young people, those who hold the purse strings feel the easiest way to make the budget look better is to cut funds from those who have no say in who is elected and the results of that action will not be clear for a decade or more.

If you have a career and technical school in your area, check it out and you will probably be amazed at what goes on there - these kids do not often get their names in the paper or on TV but they work just as hard as the football team or the marching band...
