Actually this car is a project for my oldest Grand Girl,Sabrina. She is a profesional photographer, and likes to bring her clients out here and use my old junk cars as a backdrop. This car is to be cleaned up.Sturdied up a bit and parked permanently under a big live oak for her to use as a photo prop.

          Brilliant picture!
I always wondered what it would be like to have a car that rusty with those slit-like holes & just cover it with some clear (plastic?) layer to see the old history under...
& drive it like that, but not as a "rat rod".

I'm afraid this one is far beyond driving. It's dangerous to open the door.

That's the plan. Weld up the drivers door. remove the pass.door and build a plywood floor. Put some blocks under the axels so the tires dont go flat or sink into the ground. Plan to weld a piece of 3" pipe where the rocker panel usta be.

Hmmm... & how about just filling the tires with water?

Actually, I think that Convertible could use a bit of PRIMPING!

But Haleigh on the other hand, is just a cutie and doesn't need ANY.
